Michael Colicchio
Supervisor, Transmission and Distribution

The EDT program prepared me for a career with DLC by emphasizing the importance of safety. It gave me the basic knowledge needed to work with the crew as a beginning apprentice. I feel the greatest benefit of the program is learning from trainers, who are highly experienced. They pass a lifetime of experience to students before they go out in the field.

Jacob Erdeljac
Supervisor, Transmission and Distribution

The EDT program gave me the confidence to perform the tasks needed to be a Lineman. I was able to learn in a safe, de-energized environment from some very experienced mentors. For me, the biggest benefit was getting to practice the trade before going out into the field.
