Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 184 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on September 20, 2018, to become effective on October 1, 2018, in compliance with the Commission’s Order at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. Supplement No. 184 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company’s Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 – Smart Meter Charge. The monthly charge per meter has increased from $4.17 to $4.25 for Single-Phase meters effective October 1, 2018, through December 31, 2018. The monthly charge per meter has increased from $6.05 to $7.16 for Poly-Phase meters effective October 1, 2018, through December 31, 2018. Rider No. 20 was instituted as a cost recovery mechanism, subject to annual reconciliation and Commission review and audit, to recover all costs to implement the Company’s Smart Meter Procurement and Implementation Plan (“Plan”). Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 183 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on September 20, 2018, to become effective on October 1, 2018, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2540046. In Supplement No. 183, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has been updated to recover the fixed costs of eligible plant additions placed in-service during the three-month period June 1, 2018, through August 31, 2018. The DSIC increased from 3.84% (three point eight four percent) to 5.00% (five point zero zero percent) for the period October 1, 2018, through December 31, 2018. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 182 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on September 17, 2018, to become effective on October 1, 2018. Supplement No. 182 was filed to make an interim adjustment to the Company's Appendix A- Transmission Service Charges (“TSC”) to reflect the effects of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's ("FERC'') Order on Contested Settlement, issued May 31, 2018, at FERC Docket No. EL05-121-009. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 181 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on June 29, 2018, to become effective on September 1, 2018, in compliance with the Commission’s Order dated December 22, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2543140. In Supplement No. 181, the supply charge for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers with monthly metered demand equal to or greater than 25 kW and less than 300 kW has decreased from 5.7142 ¢/kWh to 5.5901 ¢/kWh for the Application Period September 1, 2018, through November 30, 2018. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 180 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on June 21, 2018, to become effective on July 1, 2018, in compliance with the Commission’s Order at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. Supplement No. 180 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company’s Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 – Smart Meter Charge. The monthly charge per meter has decreased from $4.24 to $4.17 for Single-Phase meters effective July 1, 2018, through September 30, 2018. The monthly charge per meter has decreased from $6.29 to $6.05 for Poly-Phase meters effective July 1, 2018, through September 30, 2018. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 179 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on June 21, 2018, to become effective on July 1, 2018, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2540046. In Supplement No. 179, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has been updated to recover the fixed costs of eligible plant additions placed in-service during the three-month period March 1, 2018, through May 31, 2018. The DSIC increased from 3.77% (three point seven seven percent) to 3.84% (three point eight four percent) for the period July 1, 2018, through September 30, 2018. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 178 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on May 15, 2018, to become effective on June 1, 2018. Supplement No. 178 revises the transmission rates stated in Appendix A – Transmission Service Charges. The modified rates contained in Supplement No. 178 reflect Duquesne’s revised Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”) rate filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission dated May 15, 2018. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 177 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on May 1, 2018, to become effective on June 1, 2018, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered March 10, 2016, at Docket No. M-2015-2515375. Supplement No. 177 makes the annual adjustment to the Company’s Rider No. 15A - Phase III Energy Efficiency and Conservation Surcharge as required by the provisions of the Rider.

  • The monthly ¢/kWh charge decreased for Residential customers (RS, RH and RA) from 0.18 to 0.12.
  • The monthly ¢/kWh charge increased for Small & Medium Commercial customers (GS, GM and GMH) from 0.12 to 0.16.
  • The monthly ¢/kWh charge decreased for Small & Medium Industrial customers (GM and GMH) from 0.53 to 0.34.
  • The monthly Fixed Charge for Large Commercial customers (GL, GLH and L) decreased from $465.87 per month to $431.45 per month.
  • The monthly $/kW charge for Large Commercial customers (GL, GLH and L) decreased from $0.38 to $0.13.
  • The monthly Fixed Charge for Large Industrial customers (GL, GLH, L and HVPS) increased from $668.94 per month to $931.50 per month.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 173 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on March 28, 2018, to become effective on June 1, 2018, pursuant to Commission Order dated December 22, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2543140. Supplement No. 173 modifies the Fixed Retail Administrative Charge (“FRA”) as required in the provisions of Rider No. 9 – Day-Ahead Hourly Price Service. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 172 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on March 28, 2018, to become effective on June 1, 2018, pursuant to Commission Order dated December 22, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2543140. Supplement No. 172 modifies the Residential, Lighting and the Small and Medium Commercial and Industrial rates as required in the provisions of Rider No. 8 – Default Service Supply.

  • The supply charge for Residential customers has decreased from 6.2407 ¢/kWh to 6.1337 ¢/kWh for the Application Period June 1, 2018, through November 30, 2018.
  • The supply charge for Lighting customers has decreased from 3.8177 ¢/kWh to 3.6653 ¢/kWh for the application period June 1, 2018, through November 30, 2018.
  • The supply charge for Small Commercial & Industrial customers has increased from 5.5876 ¢/kWh to 5.8026 ¢/kWh for the Application Period June 1, 2018, through November 30, 2018.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 171 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on March 28, 2018, to become effective on June 1, 2018, pursuant to the Commission’s Order entered January 15, 2015, at Docket No. P-2014-2418242 and the Commission’s Order entered December 22, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2543140. Supplement No. 171 contains the annual update to Rider No. 1 – Retail Market Enhancement Surcharge as required by the provisions of the Rider.

  • The Retail Market Enhancement Surcharge Rates for Tariff Rate Classes RS, RH and RA have decreased from 11.00 cents per customer per month to 8.00 cents per customer per month effective June 1, 2018.
  • The Retail Market Enhancement Surcharge Rates for Tariff Rate Classes GS, GM < 25 kW and GMH < 25 kW have decreased from 16.00 cents per customer per month to 15.00 cents per customer per month effective June 1, 2018.
  • The Retail Market Enhancement Surcharge Rates for Tariff Rate Classes GM > 25 kW and GMH > 25 kW have decreased from 102.00 cents per customer per month to 95.00 cents per customer per month effective June 1, 2018.
  • The Retail Market Enhancement Surcharge Rates for Tariff Rate Classes GL, GLH, L and HVPS have decreased from 1.00 cent per customer per month to (1.00) cent per customer per month effective June 1, 2018.
  • The Retail Market Enhancement Surcharge Rates for Tariff Rate Classes AL, SE, UMS, SM, SH and PAL decreased from 5.00 cents per customer per month to (5.00) cents per customer per month effective June 1, 2018.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 176 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on April 23, 2018. By operation of law and as directed in the Commission’s Order dated April 19, 2018, at Docket No. R-2018-3000124, the application of rates proposed in Supplement No. 174 to Duquesne Light Company’s Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 filed on March 28, 2018, to become effective on May 29, 2018, is hereby suspended until December 29, 2018. Presently effective rates and language contained in Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 and Supplements thereto will continue in effect until otherwise amended in accordance with the Commission’s Order adopted and entered on March 15, 2018, at Docket No. M-2018-2641242 in which the Company filed Supplement No. 175 to Tariff No. 24 stating that the current rates and riders are declared to be temporary rates pursuant to Section 1310 (d) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. C.S. § 1310(d) for a trial period ending September 15, 2018.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 175 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on March 29, 2018, with an effective date of March 15, 2018, in accordance with the Commission’s Order adopted and entered on March 15, 2018, at Docket No. M-2018-2641242. In Supplement No. 175, the current rates and riders are declared to be temporary rates pursuant to Section 1310 (d) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 170 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on March 22, 2018, to become effective on April 1, 2018, in compliance with the Commission’s Order at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. Supplement No. 170 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company’s Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 – Smart Meter Charge. The monthly charge per meter has decreased from $4.27 to $4.24 for Single-Phase meters effective April 1, 2018, through June 30, 2018. The monthly charge per meter has increased from $6.07 to $6.29 for Poly-Phase meters effective April 1, 2018, through June 30, 2018. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 169 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on March 22, 2018, to become effective on April 1, 2018, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2540046. In Supplement No. 169, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has been updated to recover the fixed costs of eligible plant additions placed in-service during the three-month period December 1, 2017, through February 28, 2018. The DSIC increased from 3.50% (three point five zero percent) to 3.77% (three point seven seven percent) for the period April 1, 2018, through June 30, 2018. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 168 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on December 29, 2017, to become effective on March 1, 2018, in compliance with the Commission’s Order dated December 22, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2543140. In Supplement No. 168, the supply charge for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers with monthly metered demand equal to or greater than 25 kW and less than 300 kW has decreased from 5.7974 ¢/kWh to 5.3509 ¢/kWh for the Application Period March 1, 2018, through May 31, 2018. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 167 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on December 21, 2017, to become effective on January 1, 2018, in compliance with the Commission’s Order at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. Supplement No. 167 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company’s Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 – Smart Meter Charge. The monthly charge per meter has decreased from $4.82 to $4.27 for Single-Phase meters effective January 1, 2018, through March 31, 2018. The monthly charge per meter has increased from $6.06 to $6.07 for Poly-Phase meters effective January 1, 2018, through March 31, 2018. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 166 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on December 21, 2017, to become effective on January 1, 2018, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2540046. In Supplement No. 166, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has been updated to recover the fixed costs of eligible plant additions placed in-service during the three-month period September 1, 2017, through November 30, 2017. The DSIC increased from 2.81% (two point eight one percent) to 3.50% (three point five zero percent) for the period January 1, 2018, through March 31, 2018. The DSIC is applicable to all rate classes.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 165 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on December 21, 2017, to become effective on January 1, 2018. Supplement No. 165 was issued in compliance with Section B-1 of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Order of March 10, 1970. Rider No. 10 – State Tax Adjustment (STAS) has been recalculated. Part 1 of the Surcharge has increased from (0.1388%) to (0.1276%). Part 2 of the Surcharge remains at 0.0000%.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 164 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on December 1, 2017, to become effective on January 1, 2018. Supplement No. 164 updates the Company’s Rider No. 5 - Universal Service Charge (“USC”). The USC increased from 0.900 cents per kilowatt-hour to 0.972 cents per kilowatt-hour. The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission ("PaPUC") approved Rider No. 5 in Duquesne's general base rate increase at Docket No. R-2010-2179522. The reconcilable charge is designed to recover the costs incurred by the Company to provide its Universal Service and Energy Conservation Plan.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 163 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on September 29, 2017, to become effective on December 1, 2017, in compliance with the Commission’s Order dated December 22, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2543140. In Supplement No. 163:

  • A date in the third Application Period for Rate Schedules GS/GM and GMH has been modified. The date was revised from February 29, 2018, to February 28, 2018.
  • The supply charge for Residential customers has increased from 6.2015 ¢/kWh to 6.2407 ¢/kWh for the Application Period December 1, 2017, through May 31, 2018.
  • The supply charge for Small Commercial & Industrial customers has increased from 5.3930 ¢/kWh to 5.5876 ¢/kWh for the Application Period December 1, 2017, through May 31, 2018.
  • The supply charge for Lighting customers has increased from 3.7939 ¢/kWh to 3.8177 ¢/kWh for the application period December 1, 2017, through May 31, 2018

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 156 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on May 1, 2017, to become effective on June 1, 2017, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered March 10, 2016, at Docket No. M-2015-2515375. . Supplement No. 156 makes the annual adjustment to the Company’s Rider No. 15A - Phase III Energy Efficiency and Conservation Surcharge as required by the provisions of the Rider.

  • The monthly ¢/kWh charge increased for Residential customers (RS, RH and RA) from (0.06) to 0.18.
  • The monthly ¢/kWh charge increased for Small & Medium Commercial customers (GS, GM and GMH) from 0.02 to 0.12.
  • The monthly ¢/kWh charge increased for Small & Medium Industrial customers (GM and GMH) from 0.17 to 0.53.
  • The monthly Fixed Charge for Large Commercial customers (GL, GLH and L) increased from $279.03 per month to $465.87 per month.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 154 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on March 31, 2017, to become effective on June 1, 2017, pursuant to the Commission’s Order entered January 15, 2015, at Docket No. P-2014-2418242. Supplement No. 154 contains the annual update to Rider No. 1 – Retail Market Enhancement Surcharge as required by the provisions of the Rider. Supplement No. 154 was never effective as it was superseded by Supplement No. 155 which is the supplement implementing the Company’s DSP VIII settlement. PaPUC Docket No. M-2017-2597141. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 153 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on March 22, 2017, to become effective on April 1, 2017, in compliance with the Commission’s Order at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. Supplement No. 153 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company’s Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 – Smart Meter Charge. The monthly charge per meter has decreased from $5.44 to $4.43 for Single-Phase meters and from $5.16 to $4.85 for Poly-Phase meters effective April 1, 2017, through June 30, 2017. No. 24 was issued on March 22, 2017, to become effective on April 1, 2017, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2540046. In Supplement No. 152, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has been updated to recover the fixed costs of eligible plant additions placed in-service during the three-month period December 1, 2016, through February 28, 2017. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 150 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on December 22, 2016, to become effective on March 1, 2017, in compliance with the Commission’s Order dated January 15, 2015, at Docket No. P-2014-2418242. In Supplement No. 150, the supply charge has decreased from 5.8590 ¢/kWh to 4.9718 ¢/kWh for the Application Period March 1, 2017, through May 31, 2017, for Medium Commercial and Industrial customers with monthly metered demand equal to or greater than 25 kW. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 151 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on February 3, 2017, to become effective on February 15, 2017. Supplement No. 151 was filed in accordance with the Annual Update section of Rider No. 15A – Phase III Energy Efficiency and Conservation Surcharge. An interim adjustment has been made so as to mitigate a resulting over collection of costs incurred during the twelve (12) month period ending March 31.

  • The monthly ¢/kWh charge decreased for Residential customers (RS, RH and RA) from 0.15 to (0.06).
  • The monthly ¢/kWh charge decreased for Small & Medium Commercial customers (GS, GM and GMH) from 0.09 to 0.02.
  • The monthly ¢/kWh charge decreased for Small & Medium Industrial customers (GM and GMH) from 0.62 to 0.17.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 149 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on December 21, 2016, to become effective on January 1, 2017, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2540046. In Supplement No. 149, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has been updated to recover the fixed costs of eligible plant additions placed in-service during the three-month period September 1, 2016, through November 30, 2016. No. 24 was issued on December 20, 2016, to become effective on January 1, 2017, in compliance with the Commission’s Order at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. Supplement No. 148 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company’s Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 – Smart Meter Charge. The monthly charge per meter has increased from $3.73 to $5.44 for Single-Phase meters and from $3.05 to $5.16 for Poly-Phase meters effective January 1, 2017, through March 31, 2017. Rider No. 20 was instituted as a cost recovery mechanism, subject to annual reconciliation and Commission review and audit, to recover all costs to implement the Company’s Smart Meter Procurement and Implementation Plan (“Plan”).

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 147 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on December 20, 2016, to become effective on January 1, 2017. Supplement No. 147 was issued in compliance with Section B-1 of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Order of March 10, 1970. Rider No. 10 – State Tax Adjustment (STAS) has been recalculated. Part 1 of the Surcharge has decreased from (0.1228%) to (0.1388%). Part 2 of the Surcharge remains at 0.0000%.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 146 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on December 1, 2016, to become effective on January 1, 2017. Supplement No. 146 updates the Company’s Rider No. 5 - Universal Service Charge (“USC”). The USC increased from 0.705 cents per kilowatt-hour to 0.900 cents per kilowatt-hour. The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission ("PaPUC") approved Rider No. 5 in Duquesne's general base rate increase at Docket No. R-2010-2179522. The reconcilable charge is designed to recover the costs incurred by the Company to provide its Universal Service and Energy Conservation Plan. PaPUC Docket No. M-2016- M-2016-2577960. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 144 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on September 30, 2016, to become effective on December 1, 2016, pursuant to the Settlement Agreement in regard to the Company’s Final Smart Meter Plan at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. In Supplement No. 144, a $20.00 fee has been added to Rule No. 40 Reconnection Charge for resumption of electric service where a remote capable meter has been installed and in which resumption of service is to the same customer within a year of the service disconnection or termination where service has been disconnected at the meter. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 143 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on September 30, 2016, to become effective on December 1, 2016, pursuant to Commission Order dated January 15, 2015, at Docket No. P-2014-2418242. Supplement No. 143 modifies the Residential, Lighting and the Small and Medium Commercial and Industrial rates as required in the provisions of Rider No. 8 – Default Service Supply.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 145 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on October 21, 2016, to become effective on November 1, 2016, in compliance with the Commission’s Supplemental Implementation Order (Implementation of Act 11 of 2012) entered September 21, 2016, at Docket No. M-2012-2293611. In Supplement No. 145, modifications have been made, as per the Supplemental Implementation Order, to Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”). The DSIC is applicable to all rate classes.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 142 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on September 20, 2016, to become effective on October 1, 2016, in compliance with the Commission’s Order at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. Supplement No. 142 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company’s Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 – Smart Meter Charge. The monthly charge per meter has increased from $3.50 to $3.73 for Single-Phase meters and from $2.59 to $3.05 for Poly-Phase meters effective October 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 141 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on September 20, 2016, to become effective on October 1, 2016, in compliance with Commission Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No.P-2016-2540046. Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has been added to retail Tariff No. 24 to recover the reasonable and prudent costs incurred to repair, improve, or replace eligible property which is completed and placed in service between base rate cases and to provide the Company with the resources to accelerate the replacement of aging infrastructure, to comply with evolving regulatory requirements and to develop and implement solutions to regional supply problems. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 140 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on July 1, 2016, to become effective on September 1, 2016, in compliance with the Commission’s Order dated January 15, 2015, at Docket No. P-2014-2418242. In Supplement No. 140, the supply charge has decreased from 5.1308 ¢/kWh to 4.8791 ¢/kWh for the application period September 1, 2016, through November 30, 2016, for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers whose usage is greater than or equal to 25 KW. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 139 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on July 1, 2016, to become effective on September 1, 2016. The modifications reflected in Supplement No. 139 were made to fully comply with the Commission Order dated August 20, 2015, at Docket No. P-2015-2491265 granting the Company an extension of time to implement its Phase II Off-Cycle Switching Solution. The modifications remove the restrictions to the maximum amount of off-cycle switches available to a customer within a billing cycle. PaPUC Docket No. P-2015-2491265. Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 138 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 136 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24

Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 133 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24
was issued on April 28, 2016, to become effective on June 27, 2016.  Language has been modified in Rule No. 45 Supplier Switching and Rule No. 45.1 Switching Protocols to comply, in part, with Commission Order entered August 20, 2015, at Docket No. P-2015-2491265 which granted Duquesne Light Company a waiver to implement its Phase II Off-Cycle Switching Solution until September 1, 2016.  The modifications remove the maximum amount of off-cycle switches available to a customer within a billing cycle, except for those customers still noted in Rule No. 45.1 Switching Protocols.  PaPUC Docket No. Docket No. P-2015-2491265.  Secretarial Letter dated May 19, 2016.

Supplement No. 120 makes the annual adjustment to the Company's Phase II Energy Efficiency and Conservation Surcharge as required by the provisions of the Rider. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 119 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on July 2, 2015, to become effective on September 1, 2015, in compliance with the Commission's Order dated January 15, 2015, at Docket No. P-2014-2418242. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 118 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on June 19, 2015, to become effective on July 1, 2015, in compliance with the Commission's Order at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. Supplement No. 118 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company's Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 – Smart Meter Charge. The monthly charge per meter has decreased from $3.44 to $2.96 for Single-Phase meters and from $3.29 to $2.66 for Poly-Phase meters effective July 1, 2015, through September 30, 2015. Rider No. 20 was instituted as a cost recovery mechanism, subject to annual reconciliation and Commission review and audit, to recover all costs to implement the Company's Smart Meter Procurement and Implementation Plan (“Plan”).

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 117 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on May 19, 2015, to become effective on June 1, 2015. This Supplement contains the Company's default service VII rate proceeding filed at PaPUC Docket No. R-2014-2418242 (Order entered January 15, 2015.). Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 116 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on May 15, 2015, to become effective on June 1, 2015. Supplement No. 116 revises the transmission rates stated in Appendix A – Transmission Service Charges. Supplement No. 115 reverts the Company's application of the Late Payment Charge for residential customers back to its prior practice of not applying interest to unpaid late charges on residential customer bills. Supplement No. 113 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company's Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 – Smart Meter Charge. The monthly charge per meter has decreased from $4.71 to $3.44 for Single-Phase meters and from $4.68 to $3.29 for Poly-Phase meters effective April 1, 2015, through June 30, 2015. Supplement No. 112 was filed to be effective on one day's notice to comply with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's Order entered on December 4, 2014, at Docket No. P-2014-2448863 in regard to the October 21, 2014, Petition of Duquesne Light Company for a waiver of the three (3) business day switching requirements under 52 Pa. Code § 57.174 (Final Omitted Rulemaking Order to Amend the Provisions of 52 Pa. Code, Chapter 57 Regulations Regarding Standards For Changing a Customer's Electricity Generation Supplier entered on April 3, 2014, at Docket No. L-2014-2409383).

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 111 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on February 23, 2015, to become effective on February 24, 2015. Supplement No. 111 was filed to be effective on one day's notice to comply with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's Order at Docket No. P-2014-2448863. Specifically, in the Commission's Order of January 29, 2015, (“Reconsideration Order”), the Commission clarified its Order of December 4, 2014, (“Waiver Petition Order”), and provided that “...Duquesne may switch a customer back to default service within three (3) business days, but only upon request of the customer.” Reconsideration Order, p. 11.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 110 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on February 3, 2015, to become effective on February 4, 2015. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 109 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on December 22, 2014, to become effective on January 1, 2015. Supplement No. 109 was issued in compliance with Section B-1 of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Order of March 10, 1970. Rider No. 10 – State Tax Adjustment (STAS) has been recalculated. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 108 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on December 22, 2014, to become effective on January 1, 2015, in compliance with the Commission's Order at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. Supplement No. 108 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company's Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 – Smart Meter Charge. The monthly charge per meter has increased from $1.64 to $4.71 for Single-Phase meters and from $1.64 to $4.68 for Poly-Phase meters effective January 1, 2015, through March 31, 2015. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 106 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on December 1, 2014, to become effective on January 1, 2015. Supplement No. 106 updates Duquesne's Rider No. 5 - Universal Service Charge. The USC increased from (0.275) cents per kilowatt-hour to 0.582 cents per kilowatt-hour. The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission ("PaPUC") approved Rider No. 5 in Duquesne's general base rate increase at Docket No. R-2010-2179522. The reconcilable charge is designed to recover the costs incurred by the Company to provide its Universal Service and Energy Conservation Plan. PaPUC Docket No. M-2014-2455982. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 107 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on December 15, 2014, to become effective on December 21, 2014. Supplement No. 107 was filed to comply with Pennsylvania Act 155 of 2014 (House Bill 939) which was signed into law on October 22, 2014, to become effective on December 21, 2014. Supplement No. 107 implements revisions to the Company's retail tariff in accordance with the reauthorization of Chapter 14 provisions related to credit and collection activities and was allowed to become effective on December 21, 2014, per the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's Secretarial Letter dated January 6, 2015, at Docket No. R-2014-2459514.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 104 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on November 20, 2014, to become effective on December 1, 2014. Supplement No. 104 was filed to achieve a zero over/under collection balance to Rider No. 15 - Energy Efficiency and Conservation and Demand Response Surcharge as permissible by the provisions of the Rider per Commission Order dated May 22, 2014, at Docket No. R-2014-2409759. The monthly ¢/kWh charge decreased for Residential customers (RS, RH & RA) from 0.20 to 0.00, Small & Medium Commercial customers (GS, GM & GMH) from 0.23 to 0.00 and Small & Medium Industrial customers (GM & GMH) from 0.46 to 0.00. The monthly Fixed Charge for Large Commercial customers (GL, GLH and L) decreased from $266.16 per month to $0.00 per month. The monthly $/kW charge for Large Industrial customers (GL, GLH, L and HVPS) increased from ($0.17) to $0.00. The monthly $/kW charge for Large Commercial customers (GL, GLH and L) decreased from $0.43 to $0.00. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 103 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on November 14, 2014, to become effective on December 1, 2014, in compliance with Commission Order entered January 25, 2013, at Docket No. P-2012-2301664 and Commission Order entered April 23, 2014, at Docket No. R-2013-2372129. Supplement No. 103 modifies the Residential, Lighting and the Small and Medium Commercial and Industrial rates as required in the provisions of Rider No. 8 – Default Service Supply. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 105 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on November 24, 2014, to become effective on November 25, 2014. Supplement No. 105 was filed to correct language in the Calculation of Charge section in Rider No. 20 – Smart Meter Charge to comply with the Commission's Order entered May 11, 2010, at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. The language has been corrected to state that interest on over or under collections shall be computed monthly at the legal rate of interest. The change is an administrative change and will have no impact with respect to the Company's customers, customer bills or service rendered by the utility since the Company correctly computes interest on over or under collections at the legal rate of interest as approved in the above-referenced Commission Order. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 102 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on October 20, 2014, to become effective on November 1, 2014. Supplement No. 102 was filed to make an interim adjustment to Rider No. 15 - Energy Efficiency and Conservation and Demand Response Surcharge as permissible by the provisions of the Rider per Commission Order dated May 22, 2014, at Docket No. R-2014-2409759. The monthly ¢/kWh charge increased for Residential customers (RS, RH and RA) from 0.12 to 0.20; for Small & Medium Commercial customers (GS, GM and GMH) from 0.21 to 0.23; and for Small & Medium Industrial customers (GM and GMH) from 0.42 to 0.46. The monthly Fixed Charge for Large Commercial customers (GL, GLH and L) increased from $254.96 per month to $266.16 per month. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 100 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on September 2, 2014, to become effective on November 1, 2014. In Supplement No. 100, Rule No. 20.3 Optional Budget Payment Plan for Residential Customers has been renamed to Budget Payment Plan for Residential Customers and language has been modified to clarify the rules and eligibility for the Budget Payment Plan. In addition, Rule No. 21.3 Returned Check or Access Denied Charge has been renamed to Returned Payment Charge and language was added regarding multiple returned payments. Also, Rule No. 26 Arrears has been moved from Fourth Revised Page No. 24 to Original Page No. 24A in order to accommodate the modifications to Rule No. 21.3 Returned Payment Charge. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 95 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on July 1, 2014, to become effective on August 30, 2014. On August 26, 2014, the Company filed Supplement No. 99 to Tariff No. 24 to voluntarily postpone the effective date of Supplement No. 95 to October 3, 2014, in order to provide Commission Staff additional time to address questions from outside agencies. Supplement No. 95 was permitted to go into effect on Friday, October 3, 2014, per Commission Order dated October 2, 2014, at Docket No. R-2014-2430058.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 101 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. Supplement No. 101 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company's Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 – Smart Meter Charge. In accordance with the Annual Update section of Rider No. 5 – Universal Service Charge, an interim adjustment of the Company's Universal Service Charge is being filed on thirty (30) days notice to avoid a large over collection at December 31, 2014. Supplement No. 88 modifies the language in Rider No. 15 – Energy Efficiency and Conservation and Demand Response Surcharge ("EEC&DR Surcharge") to update a change to effective dates and to provide the Company the means to submit a rate adjustment, if needed, to become effective other than September 1 and on no less than ten (10) days' notice. Supplement No. 85 updates Duquesne's Rider No. 5 - Universal Service Charge. The USC charge increased from 0.388 cents per kilowatt-hour to 0.849 cents per kilowatt-hour. No. 24 was issued on September 20, 2013, to become effective on October 1, 2013, in compliance with the Commission's Order at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. Supplement No. 82 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company's Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 - Smart Meter Charge. Supplement No. 76 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company's Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 - Smart Meter Charge. The Smart Meter Surcharge decreased from 19 cents/meter/month to 15 cents/meter/month effective through September 30, 2013. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 74 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on April 2, 2013, to become effective on June 1, 2013. Supplement No. 74 adds Rider No. 15A - Phase II Energy Efficiency and Conservation Surcharge to the retail Tariff in compliance with Dockets No. M-2012-2289411 and M-2012-2334399 for Phase II of the Company's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Plan in effect from June 1, 2013, through May 31, 2016.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 73 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on April 2, 2013, to become effective on June 1, 2013. Supplement No. 73 implements the annual adjustment to the Company's Consumer Education Surcharge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 1 - Consumer Education Surcharge. Rider No. 1 is instituted as a cost recovery mechanism, subject to annual reconciliation and Commission audit, to recover the costs associated with implementing the Company's Consumer Education Plan. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 72 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on March 22, 2013, to become effective on June 1, 2013. Supplement No. 72 implements the POLR VI rates and language modifications approved by the Commission at Docket No. P-2012-2301664.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 70 to Tariff Electric - PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on March 15, 2013, to become effective on May 14, 2013, in compliance with the Commission's Order dated October 25, 2012, at Docket No. M-2011-2270442 - Interim Guidelines Regarding Standards for Changing a Customer's Electricity Generation Supplier. Language has been modified to reduce the waiting period that is applicable once an Electric Distribution Company ("EDC") sends a letter to a customer confirming the customer is switching to an Electric Generation Supplier ("EGS"). The reduction in the 10-day waiting period also adjusts the "16-day rule" to an "11-day rule." These modifications are in effect for three (3) years from October 25, 2012. If the Commission further modifies the waiting period by regulation or Order, the Company will apply the revised waiting period as directed by the Commission. In addition, Sections 57.173 and 57.174 of the Commission's regulations at Title 52 of the Pennsylvania Code are waived to the extent set forth in the October 25, 2012, Final Order and Appendix A.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 71 to Tariff Electric - PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on March 22, 2013, to become effective on April 1, 2013, in compliance with the Commission's Order at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. Supplement No. 71 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company's Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 - Smart Meter Charge. The Smart Meter Surcharge decreased from 22 cents/meter/month to 19 cents/meter/month effective through June 30, 2013. Rider No. 20 was instituted as a cost recovery mechanism, subject to annual reconciliation and Commission review and audit, to recover all costs to implement the Company's Smart Meter Procurement and Implementation Plan ("Plan").

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 69 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on January 16, 2013, to become effective on March 17, 2013. The provisions of Rider No. 19 - Off-Peak Water Heating Service require an annual adjustment to the kWh rate. Accordingly, the kWh charge identified in the Rider has been decreased from 3.70 cents per kWh to 3.06 cents per kWh. Docket No. R-2013-2343740

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 67 to Tariff Electric - PA. P.U.C. No. 24 was issued on December 21, 2012, to become effective on January 1, 2013. Supplement No. 67 was issued in compliance with Section B-1 of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Order of March 10, 1970. Rider No. 10 - State Tax Adjustment (STAS) has been recalculated. Part 1 of the Surcharge has been increased from (0.5578%) to (0.1185%). Part 2 of the Surcharge remains at 0.0000%.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 66 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on November 30, 2012, with an effective date of January 1, 2013. Supplement No. 66 updates Duquesne's Rider No. 5 - Universal Service Charge. The USC charge increased from 0.371 cents per kilowatt-hour to 0.388 cents per kilowatt-hour. The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission ("PaPUC") approved Rider No. 5 in Duquesne's general base rate increase at Docket No. R-2010-2179522. The reconcilable charge is designed to recover the costs incurred by the Company to provide its Universal Service and Energy Conservation Plan.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 65 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on November 15, 2012, to become effective on December 1, 2012. Rider No. 8 - Default Service Supply provides commercial and industrial customers with a default service supply rate that is determined based on a request for proposal to acquire the energy to serve the load of customers taking service under the provisions of this Rider. Supplement No. 65 adjusts POLR rates for medium commercial and industrial customers (customers with monthly metered demand equal to or greater than 25 kW) for the period December 1, 2012, through May 31, 2013, based on two separate RFPs conducted by the Company on April 24, 2012, and November 8, 2012. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 64 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on September 21, 2012, to become effective on October 1, 2012, in compliance with the Commission's Order at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. Supplement No. 64 implements the quarterly adjustment to the Company's Smart Meter Charge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 20 - Smart Meter Charge. The Smart Meter Surcharge decreased from 75 cents/meter/month to (52) cents/meter/month effective through December 31, 2012. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 61 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on May 16, 2012, to become effective on June 1, 2012. Rider No. 8 - Default Service Supply provides commercial and industrial customers with a default service supply rate that is determined based on a request for proposal to acquire the energy to serve the load of customers taking service under the provisions of this Rider. Rider No. 8 adjusts POLR rates semi-annually for medium commercial and industrial customers (customers with monthly metered demand equal to or greater than 25 kW) for the period June 1, 2012, through November 30, 2012, and annually for small commercial and industrial customers (customers with monthly metered demand less than 25 kW) for the period June 1, 2012, through May 31, 2013, based on two separate RFPs conducted by the Company on November 1, 2011, and April 24, 2012. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 60 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on May 15, 2012, to become effective on June 1, 2012. Supplement No. 60 revises the transmission rates and the ancillary service and PJM administrative charges included within the revised rates stated in Appendix A - Transmission Service Charges. The modified rates contained in Supplement No. 60 reflect Duquesne's revised Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) rate filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission dated May 15, 2012. Concurrently, Duquesne filed a Petition for Special Permission to file a Supplement No. 57 to Tariff No. 24 to become effective on less than sixty (60) days notice. By Order issued April 26, 2012, at Docket No. P-2012-2295300, the Commission granted Duquesne's Petition allowing Supplement No. 57 to Tariff No. 24 to become effective on April 27, 2012. Supplement No. 57 places Appendix B - Rate R-TOU - Residential Service Time-of-Use into the Company's Tariff Electric - PA. P.U.C. No. 24 as part of the Company's Smart Sense Pilot Program.

Supplement No. 56 implements the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's Revised Final Rulemaking Order at Docket No. L-00060182 amending Chapter 56 Standards and Billing Practice for Residential Utility Service.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 55 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on January 17, 2012, to become effective on March 17, 2012. The provisions of Rider No. 19 - Off-Peak Water Heating Service require an annual adjustment to the kWh rate. The provisions of Rider No. 19 - Off-Peak Water Heating Service require an annual adjustment to the kWh rate. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 42 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on January 11, 2011, to become effective on January 21, 2011. Supplement No. 42 was issued in compliance with Section B-1 of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Order of March 10, 1970. Supplement No. 42 revises the surcharges in Part 1 and Part 2 of Rider No. 10 - State Tax Adjustment filed in Supplement No. 41 to become effective on January 1, 2011. The surcharges calculated and filed in Supplement No. 41 were based on the PURTA Surcharge Rate of 1.8 mills (0.0018) published in the September 18, 2010, Pennsylvania Bulletin. The surcharges filed in Supplement No. 42 are based on the revised PURTA Surcharge Rate of 1.6 mills (0.0016) published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin on December 18, 2010. All customers who were billed by Duquesne the surcharge rates filed in Supplement No. 41 beginning January 1, 2011, will have their STAS billing adjusted beginning January 21, 2011, to reflect the new amended rates as if they had been effective on January 1, 2011.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 41 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on December 22, 2010, to become effective on January 1, 2011. By operation of law and as directed in the Commission's Order dated September 16, 2010, at Docket No. R-2010-2179522, the application of rates proposed in Supplement No. 35 to Duquesne Light Company's Tariff Electric - PA. Rider No. 8 - Default Service Supply has been updated to include the Average Retail Supply Rate for the July 1, 2010, through December 31, 2010, Application Period resulting from the RFP results of April 27, 2010. In addition, the Supply Charge under the "Energy Charges" section of Rate Schedule GS/GM and Rate Schedule GMH has been updated pursuant to Rider No. 8 - Default Service Supply. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 32 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on May 13, 2010, to become effective on June 1, 2010. Supplement No. 32 was filed to revise the transmission rates and the ancillary service and PJM administrative charges included within the revised rates stated in Appendix A - Transmission Service Charges. The modified rates contained in Supplement No. 32 reflect Duquesne's revised Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) rate filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission dated May 13, 2010. Docket No. M-2010-2167670

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 31 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on April 1, 2010, to become effective on June 1, 2010. Supplement No. 31 implements the annual adjustment to the Company's Consumer Education Surcharge as required in the provisions of Rider No. 1 - Consumer Education Surcharge. Rider No. 1 is instituted as a cost recovery mechanism, subject to annual reconciliation and Commission audit, to recover the costs associated with implementing the Company's Consumer Education Plan. Docket No. M-2010-2167795

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 30 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on February 23, 2010, to become effective on April 1, 2010. In Rider No. 15 - Energy Efficiency and Conservation and Demand Response Surcharge, the large C&I Surcharge has been revised per the Commission's Reconsideration Order dated February 2, 2010, at Docket No. M-2009-2093217. The restoration of the original customer charge components will commensurate with the effective date of the Compliance Tariff (December 1, 2009), and Duquesne will implement an appropriate reconciliation mechanism to ensure that customers pay EE&C Plan costs consistent with the original rate design (as modified to use the PLC for the demand charge).

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 29 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on January 15, 2010, to become effective on March 17, 2010. The provisions of Rider No. 19 - Off-Peak Water Heating Service require an annual adjustment to the kWh rate. Accordingly, the kWh charge identified in the Rider has been decreased from 4.37 cents per kWh to 3.15 cents per kWh. Docket No. 2010-2153066.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 28 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on December 22, 2009, to become effective on January 1, 2010. Supplement No. 28 was issued in compliance with Section B-1 of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Order of March 10, 1970. Rider No. 10 - State Tax Adjustment Surcharge (STAS) has been recalculated. Part 1 of the Surcharge has been increased from (0.4773%) to (0.1988%). Part 2 of the Surcharge remains at 0.0000%. Docket No. R-2009-2149139.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 27 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on December 21, 2009, to become effective on January 1, 2010. Rider No. 8 - Default Service Supply has been updated to include the Average Retail Supply Rate for the January 1, 2010, through June 30, 2010, Application Period resulting from the RFP results of November 18, 2009. Language has also been modified pursuant to Rider No. 8. Docket No. P-2008-2079461

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 26 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on November 9, 2009, to become effective on December 1, 2009. Rider No. 15 - Energy Efficiency and Conservation and Demand Response Surcharge (EECDR) has been added to the Company's retail tariff per Commission approval at Docket No. M-2009-2093217. Rider No. 15 is instituted as a cost recovery mechanism, subject to reconciliation and Commission audit, to recover the costs associated with implementing the Company's Energy Efficiency and Conservation and Demand Response Plan.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 25 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on June 25, 2009, to become effective on July 1, 2009. Supplement No. 25 is filed in compliance with the settlement agreement approved by the Commission at Docket No. P-2008-2079461. As part of the settlement, Duquesne Light Company agreed to a market price rate adjustment for its customers with monthly metered demand equal to 25 kW or greater taking service on Rate Schedules GS/GM and GMH. The adjustments for these medium sized commercial and industrial customers are to be made every six (6) months, beginning July 1, 2009, and are based on the results of a competitive request for proposal ("RFP") process.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 24 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on May 15, 2009, to become effective on June 1, 2009. Supplement No. 24 is filed to revise the transmission rates and the ancillary service and PJM administrative charges included within the revised rates stated in Appendix A - Transmission Service Charges. The modified rates contained in Supplement No. 24 reflect Duquesne's revised Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) rate filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission dated May 14, 2009. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 22 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on April 1, 2009, to become effective on June 1, 2009, in compliance with Commission Order dated August 21, 2008, at Docket No. M-2008-2032278 and Secretarial Letter dated May 28, 2009, at Docket No. M-2009-2099925. Supplement No. 22 updates the annual adjustment to the Company's Consumer Education Surcharge as required by the provisions of Rider No. 1 - Consumer Education Surcharge.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 23 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on April 20, 2009, to become effective on April 21, 2009, in compliance with Commission Order dated April 20, 2009, at Docket No. P-2008-2079461. Supplement No. 23 adds a new Rider No. 8 - Default Service Supply to offer an RFPbased semi-annually adjusted rate for default service supply to medium commercial and industrial customers over 25kW demand served under Rate Schedules GS/GM and GMH. In addition, Supplement No. 23 adds language to state that Rider No. 20 - Market Price Adjustment Rate Multiplier will terminate on July 1, 2009, the planned effective date of Rider No. 8 - Default Service Supply.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 21 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was filed on March 19, 2009. Supplement No. 20 to Tariff No. 24 was filed on February 11, 2009, to voluntarily extend the effective date of Supplement No. 17 from February 14, 2009, to February 27, 2009. By operation of law and as directed in the Commission's Secretarial Letter dated March 12, 2009, at Docket No. P-00072247, Supplement No. 20 to Tariff No. 24 was suspended until September 16, 2009.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 20 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was filed on February 11, 2009, to voluntarily extend the effective date of Supplement No. 17 to Tariff Electric No. 24 from February 14, 2009, to February 27, 2009. Docket No. P-00072247

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 19 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on January 16, 2009, to become effective on March 17, 2009. Supplement No. 19 increases the kWh charge from 3.51 cents per kWh to 4.37 cents per kWh in Rider No. 19 - Off-Peak Water Heating Service, which is the annual adjustment of the kWh rate as required by the provisions of the Rider. Docket No. R-2009-2085971

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 18 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on December 22, 2008, to become effective on January 1, 2009. Supplement No. 18 was issued in compliance with Section B-1 of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Order of March 10, 1970. The State Tax Adjustment Surcharge (STAS) has been recalculated. Part 1 of the surcharge has been decreased from (0.2586%) to (0.4773%). Part 2 of the surcharge has been decreased from 0.2984% to 0.0000%. Docket No. R-2008-2080911

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 16 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on December 1, 2008, to become effective on January 1, 2009. Upon review by Commission staff, it was determined that the tariff supplement was not in compliance with the methodology as described in the stipulations referred to in Paragraph No. 1 of the Commission's Order dated June 22, 2007, at Docket No. P-00072247. By Secretarial Letter dated December 31, 2008, the Commission notified the Company that it had rejected Supplement No. 16 to Tariff Electric-Pa. P.U.C. No. 24. Supplement No. 16 to Tariff No. 24 never took effect.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 15 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on September 19, 2008, to become effective on November 19, 2008. Supplement No. 15 adds Rider No. 1 - Consumer Education Surcharge per Commission Order dated August 21, 2008, at Docket No. M-2008-2032278. Rider No. 1 is instituted as a cost recovery mechanism, subject to annual reconciliation and Commission audit, to recover the costs associated with implementing the Company's Consumer Education Plan.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 14 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on May 15, 2008, to become effective on June 1, 2008. Supplement No. 14 updates the Transmission Service Charge ("TSC"). The modified rates contained in Supplement No. 14 reflect Duquesne's revised Open Access Transmission Tariff ("OATT") rate filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission dated May 14, 2008. The PaPUC approved the TSC in Duquesne's most recent base rate proceeding at Docket No. R-00061346. The TSC is a reconcilable charge that is designed to recover the Company's cost for providing transmission service as reflected under the PJM OATT. Under the terms and conditions of Duquesne's Tariff, the rates contained in Supplement No. 14 reflect the Company's projected transmission revenue requirement for June 1, 2008, through May 31, 2009.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 13 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on January 14, 2008, to become effective on March 15, 2008. Supplement No. 13 decreases the kWh charge to 3.51 cents per kWh in Rider No. 19 - Off-Peak Water Heating Service, which is the annual adjustment of the kWh rate as required by the provisions of the Rider. In addition, Supplement No. 13 updates the Table of Contents to reflect the changes that were filed and approved in Supplement No. 10 to Tariff No. 24.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 12 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on December 21, 2007, to become effective on January 1, 2008. Supplement No. 12 was issued in compliance with Section B-1 of the Public Utility Commission Order of March 10, 1970. By Commission order of December 1, 2006, in Duquesne's distribution rate case at R-00061346, the Commission approved a modification of the structure of Duquesne's Rider No. 10 - State Tax Adjustment Surcharge. The modification reflects a two-part surcharge, with Part 1 applying to the distribution component of customers' bills and Part 2 to all Company charges on the customers' bills. Supplement No. 12 reflects a decrease in Part 1 of the surcharge from (0.1614%) to (0.2586%) and an increase in Part 2 from 0.1277% to 0.2984% due to an increase in the Public Utility Realty Tax Act (PURTA) of 2.8 mills effective on January 1, 2008.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 10 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on July 12, 2007, to become effective on January 1, 2008. Supplement No. 10 implements the rates approved by the Commission at Docket No. P-00072247 in Duquesne's POLR IV proceeding.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 11 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on August 29, 2007, with an effective date of July 17, 2007. Supplement No. 11 revises Rider No. 21 - Net Metering Service to comply with Act 35 of 2007, which amends a number of provisions of the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards Act No. 2004-213 (Act 213). Supplement No. 11 was filed in compliance with the Commission's Secretarial Letter dated July 26, 2007 (Implementation of Act 35 of 2007; Net Metering and Interconnection - Docket Nos. M-00051865, L-00050174 and L-00050175).

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 9 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on May 22, 2007, to become effective on June 1, 2007. Supplement No. 9 removes Rider No. 8 - Fixed Price Service and Rider No. 23 - Generation Rate Adjustment, which applied only to customers served under Rider No. 8, from the Tariff. All references to these riders have been deleted from the remaining rules, rates and regulations of the Tariff. Supplement No. 9 also updates Rider No. 7 - SECA Charge to reflect the elimination of the collection of SECA charges. Rider No. 8 was instituted as part of Duquesne's Petition for Approval of Plan for Post Transition Period POLR Service (POLR III) proceeding. In accordance with the Commission's Order entered on October 1, 2004, at P-00032071, Rider No. 8 - Fixed Price Service was available to customers on rate schedules GL, GLH, L and HVPS through May 31, 2007, twenty-nine (29) months from the effective POLR III date of January 1, 2005. Effective June 1, 2007, customers on these rate schedules who elect to purchase POLR service from the Company may do so under Rider No. 9 - Hourly Price Service. Rider No. 7 - SECA Charge was instituted to recover, subject to reconciliation, the Seams Elimination Charge Adjustment (SECA) Charges billed to the Company by the PJM Interconnection, Inc. In accordance with the Commission's Order entered on August 25, 2005, at R-00050662, the SECA Charge was calculated at $0.001557 per kWh to recover SECA charges from PJM over a 16-month period. The Company billed the SECA Charge through December 11, 2006, to recover costs incurred by the Company through such time. SECA charges are an unresolved matter under review by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC"). Rider No. 7 has been updated to reflect termination of billing of the SECA Charge and retention of Rider No. 7 until such time as the SECA charges have been resolved at the FERC and all such charges have been fully recovered by the Company.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 8 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on May 15, 2007, to become effective on June 1, 2007. Supplement No. 8 updates the Transmission Service Charge ("TSC"). The modified rates contained in this supplement reflect Duquesne's revised Open Access Transmission Tariff ("OATT") rate filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission dated May 15, 2007. The PaPUC approved the TSC in Duquesne's most recent base rate proceeding at Docket No. R-00061346. The TSC is a reconcilable charge that is designed to recover the Company's cost for providing transmission service as reflected under the PJM OATT. Under the terms and conditions of Duquesne's Tariff, the rates contained in Supplement No. 8 reflect the Company's projected transmission revenue requirement for June 1, 2007, through May 31, 2008, as well as the under collection for the initial stub period ending February 28, 2007.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 7 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on April 3, 2007, to become effective on June 1, 2007. Supplement No. 7 revises Rider No. 1 - PJM Surcharge, as it applies to large commercial and industrial customers purchasing their electric supply from Duquesne, from its current rate of 0.0375 cents per kWh to 0.0280 cents per kWh. Rider No. 1 was instituted as part of Duquesne's Petition for Approval of Plan for Post- Transition Period POLR Service (POLR III) proceeding and contains a provision for the annual adjustment and reconciliation of the surcharge applied to customers on Rate Schedules GL, GLH, L and HVPS. The rate of 0.0280 cents per kWh contained in Supplement No. 7 reflects projected costs for the period of June 1, 2007, through May 31, 2008, based upon published PJM rates as well as the reconciliation of costs and surcharge recovery for the period of June 1, 2006, through January 31, 2007 (the most recent available data). Reconciliation of the remainder of the current period costs and recoveries will be included in the next recalculation of the Rider No. 1 - PJM Surcharge.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 3 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on January 14, 2007, to become effective on March 15, 2007. Supplement No. 3 decreases the kWh charge to 3.90 cents per kWh in Rider No. 19 - Off-Peak Water Heating Service, which is the annual adjustment of the kWh rate as required by the provisions of the Rider and changes the date of the annual rate revision to March 15th to allow for a timely filing in accordance with the required 60 day filing requirement. In addition, Supplement No. 3 removes Pages No. 2A through 2D from the List of Modifications as they are no longer necessary.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 4 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on February 6, 2007, with an effective date of December 16, 2006. Supplement No. 4 introduces Rider No. 21 - Net Metering Service into Duquesne's tariff, in compliance with the Commission's Secretarial Letter dated January 19, 2007, Re: Final Rulemaking Re: Net Metering for Customer-generators pursuant to Section 5 of the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards Act, 73 P.S. § 1648.5, Docket L-00050174. Rider No. 21 replaces the current tariff Rider No. 22 - Renewable Energy Service and does reflect the uniform language developed by the Pennsylvania EDCs. Supplement No. 4 was approved by PaPUC Secretarial Letter dated March 13, 2007.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 6 to Tariff Electric No. 24 was issued on February 20, 2007, to become effective on March 1, 2007. In Supplement No. 6, Rider No. 8 - Fixed Price Service has been updated to include the Energy Charges for the 10th Price Application Period (effective March 1, 2007, through May 31, 2007). Supplement No. 6 is issued in compliance with Commission Orders dated August 23, 2004, October 1, 2004, February 14, 2006, and May 5, 2006, at P-00032071.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 5 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on February 15, 2007, to become effective on February 20, 2007. In accordance with the compliance filing submitted by Duquesne on December 22, 2006, at R-00061346, Supplement No. 5 was filed to revise the transmission rates stated in Appendix A - Transmission Service Charges. The modified rates contained in Supplement No. 5 reflect the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order dated February 6, 2007, in regard to the OATT rate filed by Duquesne on September 29, 2006.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 2 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on December 22, 2006, to become effective on January 6, 2007. Tariff No. 24 (2) supersedes Tariff No. 23 and all Supplements thereto. See Pages No. 2-2D, List of Modifications Made By This Tariff, for details.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 1 to Tariff No. 24 was issued on May 17, 2006, in compliance with Title 66 PA C.S. §1308(d). The application of rates proposed in Tariff Electric - PA P.U.C. No. 24 filed to become effective June 6, 2006, was hereby suspended until January 6, 2007, by operation of law at Docket No. R-00061346. Presently effective rates contained in Tariff Electric - PA P.U.C. No. 23 and supplements thereto, will continue in effect until otherwise amended.

Duquesne Light Company's Tariff No. 24 was issued on April 7, 2006, to become effective on June 6, 2006. Tariff No. 24 supersedes Tariff No. 23 and all Supplements thereto. See Pages No. 2-2E, List of Modifications Made By This Tariff, for details. This tariff initiated the Company's distribution base rate proceeding at R-00061346 and was suspended by Supplement No. 1. Tariff No. 24 at Supplement No. 2 embodies the Pa.PUC's final decision at that docket.
