Our emergency number, answers 24 hours a day, every day. Use this number to report emergencies, including: power outages, downed wires, accidents involving utility poles or
power lines, or any other hazardous situation. If our automated phone system answers, you can immediately report a power outage by following the easy steps. Please don't use the
emergency number for general customer-service questions. Those questions should be directed to 412-393-7100.
Customer Service -
Our Customer Service Agents are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our automated phone system can answer routine questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week
when you call from either a rotary or touch-tone telephone. Just have your Duquesne Light account number handy. Our automated phone system will guide you through a series
of easy-to-follow steps to get the information you want.
