Duquesne Light Company has certified to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission that this is an accurate electronic representation of the tariffs which are officially filed at the Commission.

FERC Related Filings

Duquesne Light Company submits filings to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC"). These filings are primarily related to the Company's transmission rates.

FERC Annual Filing Contains a copy of the Company's annual filing submitted to FERC to establish a cost of service formula rate for determining its annual transmission revenue requirement in PJM. Appendix 1 contains the true-up calculation and Appendix 2 contains the new Network Service Rate effective June 1, 2015.
