Steven (Steve) E. Malnight was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Duquesne Light Holdings and Duquesne Light Company in April 2019. Prior to joining Duquesne Light, Malnight was Senior Vice President, Energy Supply and Policy for Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company. Malnight holds a master's in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is active in national energy policy and community engagement, including serving on the Board of the Solar Electric Power Alliance, a nationwide organization that supports utility participation in solar activities. David Johnson joined Duquesne Light in January 2020 and is responsible for helping the Company transform its approach to customer engagement as well as operationalizing new services and products to meet customers’ evolving needs. He brings more than 20 years of customer service experience in the public utility industry to DLC. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Johnson served as Vice President, Customer Service, for Entergy Louisiana, where he led day-to-day customer service operations and established and maintained relationships with customers and community stakeholders. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Customer Service and Economic Development, for DTE Energy in Michigan, where he spent the majority of his career. Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and business management from Lawrence Technological University in Michigan.

Before joining Duquesne Light in 2005, Mark Kaplan was Managing Director of CLJ Consulting Group, after serving as President and Chief Financial Officer of Weirton Steel Corporation. A certified public accountant, Mr. Kaplan earned his bachelor's degree from Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio.

Todd Faulk joined Duquesne Light in November 2013 and is responsible for all personnel and labor matters, as well as the Company's overall organizational development. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Faulk most recently served as Director, Personnel Relations, and Manager, Human Resources for Allegheny Energy and First Energy Corporation where he was responsible for the development of the succession planning process, performance management, and leadership training and development. He also served as a member of the policy review committee and led several initiatives to update human resource policies. Mr. Faulk's career has encompassed both the utility and metals industries. He holds both his B.S. and M.A. degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

David Fisfis joined the Company in 2011 and is responsible for all legal services provided to the Company, as well as compliance, internal audit and risk management. He has worked exclusively in the energy industry since 2000. Before joining the Company, Mr. Fisfis served for more than seven years as Deputy General Counsel at Allegheny Energy, Inc. and co-managed the integration of Allegheny Energy into FirstEnergy Corp. Prior to that, he worked for three years as a Senior Counsel at NRG Energy, Inc. Mr. Fisfis also has more than 10 years of private practice experience, primarily with the major law firm, K&L Gates LLP. He received his B.A. from Bucknell University and his J.D. from Duquesne University.

Mark Miko joined the Company in April 2015 and is responsible for technology, systems infrastructure and cyber security. Prior to joining Duquesne Light, Mr. Miko served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Education Management Corporation (EDMC). He has nearly 20 years of technology experience in both the utility and non-utility sectors. In 2007, while working at Armstrong Utilities, Inc., he was named CIO of the Year by the Pittsburgh Technology Council. Mr. Miko received his bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Elisa Labriola joined the Company in 2012 and is responsible for Corporate and Regulatory Compliance matters. Ms. Labriola has more than 20 years of diversified legal and compliance experience in private practice as well as in-house counsel positions with West Penn Allegheny Health System and Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. She holds a B.A., M.A. and J.D. from Duquesne University.

Katie Davis joined DLC as Vice President of External Affairs on April 1, 2020. Throughout her career, Davis has built relationships with key stakeholders of diverse perspectives, uniting them on complex issues and developing comprehensive strategies together. At DLC, Davis is responsible for the alignment of communications, community relations and sustainability efforts with its governmental and regulatory affairs teams. Prior to joining DLC, Davis most recently served as Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO for PG&E Corporation. Davis holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Communications from University of California, Davis.

Kevin Walker joined Duquesne Light on April 1, 2020 as Chief Operations Officer. Walker brings more than twenty years of operations leadership experience, having most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Customer and Operations Services and Nuclear Decommissioning at Southern California Edison. In this role, he oversaw the operational services group which included supply chain, corporate real estate, transportation services and corporate environmental services. Prior to joining Southern California Edison, Walker previously held Chief Operations Officer level positions at both Iberdrola and American Electric Power. Walker is a proud former member of the U.S. Army and served six years as a Field Artillery Officer during Operation Desert Storm. Walker holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from West Point Academy and a Master’s of Business Administration from Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
