Richard Riazzi was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in August 2010. He also was elected to the Company's Board of Directors in August 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Riazzi served most recently as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Chelan County Public Utility District in the state of Washington. Previously, beginning in 1997, he was employed with IDACORP, Inc., the parent company of Idaho Power, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility including serving as Executive Vice President from 2000 until 2013. He also held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of IDACORP Energy, L.P., the energy marketing arm of IDACORP, Inc. Mr. Riazzi earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. He is an active member of numerous community organizations.

Before joining Duquesne Light in 2005, Mark Kaplan was Managing Director of CLJ Consulting Group, after serving as President and Chief Financial Officer of Weirton Steel Corporation. A certified public accountant, Mr. Kaplan earned his bachelor's degree from Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio.

Mike Doran joined Duquesne Light in August 2014 and is responsible for the Company's engineering, transmission and distribution operations center, overhead, underground, substation construction and maintenance, and operations support services. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Doran served as the Regional President of Metropolitan Edison Company based in Reading, PA. During his 31-year career with FirstEnergy and Allegheny Energy, he spent the first five years as a Lineworker at Monongahela Power and led a number of key teams and initiatives in the areas of safety, operations, process improvement and service reliability. Mr. Doran holds an undergraduate degree from West Liberty State College and an M.S. degree in Safety Studies from West Virginia University.

Todd Faulk joined Duquesne Light in November 2013 and is responsible for all personnel and labor matters, as well as the Company's overall organizational development. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Faulk most recently served as Director, Personnel Relations, and Manager, Human Resources for Allegheny Energy and First Energy Corporation where he was responsible for the development of the succession planning process, performance management, and leadership training and development. He also served as a member of the policy review committee and led several initiatives to update human resource policies. Mr. Faulk's career has encompassed both the utility and metals industries. He holds both his B.S. and M.A. degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

David Fisfis joined the Company in 2011 and is responsible for all legal services provided to the Company, as well as compliance, internal audit and risk management. He has worked exclusively in the energy industry since 2000. Before joining the Company, Mr. Fisfis served for more than seven years as Deputy General Counsel at Allegheny Energy, Inc. and co-managed the integration of Allegheny Energy into FirstEnergy Corp. Prior to that, he worked for three years as a Senior Counsel at NRG Energy, Inc. Mr. Fisfis also has more than 10 years of private practice experience, primarily with the major law firm, K&L Gates LLP. He received his B.A. from Bucknell University and his J.D. from Duquesne University.

Campbell Hawkins joined the Company in November 2015 and is responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction, while continuing to evolve the ways in which Duquesne Light engages with its customers. Prior to joining Duquesne Light, Mr. Hawkins served as a Vice President for Enervee, a commerce platform for energy efficient products. He has more than 25 years of experience in both the utility and non-utility sectors, including senior customer service positions at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Southern California Edison. Mr. Hawkins received his bachelor's degree from North Georgia College and State University. He also is a veteran of the US Army.

Mark Miko joined the Company in April 2015 and is responsible for technology, systems infrastructure and cyber security. Prior to joining Duquesne Light, Mr. Miko served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Education Management Corporation (EDMC). He has nearly 20 years of technology experience in both the utility and non-utility sectors. In 2007, while working at Armstrong Utilities, Inc., he was named CIO of the Year by the Pittsburgh Technology Council. Mr. Miko received his bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jessica Rock joined the Company in 2014 and is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for all external and internal communications for the Company, including public and media relations, advertising and marketing, employee communications, issues management and crisis mitigation, and community outreach. In addition, Rock oversees the Company’s philanthropic efforts, which include annual donations of nearly $2 million dollars, grassroots support programs and employee volunteerism. Before joining Duquesne Light, Ms. Rock was the Associate Director of Communications at the H.J. Heinz Company, where she was responsible for leading external and internal communications for Heinz North America. Prior to that, she spent six years at Ketchum Public Relations developing and overseeing public relations programs for clients in the consumer packaged goods industry. In 2016, she was the recipient of a Women in Energy Leadership Award from the Pittsburgh Business Times. Ms. Rock received a B.A. in communications and rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh.

Elisa Labriola joined the Company in 2012 and is responsible for Corporate and Regulatory Compliance matters. Ms. Labriola has more than 20 years of diversified legal and compliance experience in private practice as well as in-house counsel positions with West Penn Allegheny Health System and Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. She holds a B.A., M.A. and J.D. from Duquesne University.
