Wholesale Power Procurement RFP Guidelines

Duquesne Light Company submits filings to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”). These filings are primarily related to the Company’s transmission rates.

FERC Annual Filing – Contains a copy of the Company’s annual filing submitted to FERC to establish a cost of service formula rate for determining its annual transmission revenue requirement in PJM. Appendix 1 contains the True-Up calculation and Appendix 2 contains the new Network Service Rate effective June 1, 2010.
