Please read these terms carefully before submitting your application to participate in the Duquesne Light Art Mart at the Three Rivers Arts Festival. Acceptance of these guidelines is necessary to participate.
The Art Mart is for children ages 18 and under.
All work must be original, designed and handcrafted by the artist using safe, nontoxic materials. The finished product must be the child(ren)'s artwork, not item(s) purchased from or distributed by any store, company, person or individual.
Artists must oversee their own booths. Adult supervision is required at all times.
Only selected artists can participate.
Only the items described in the application may be displayed and sold.
Three Rivers Arts Festival and Duquesne Light reserve the right to reject in advance, or on site, any artwork. Three Rivers Arts Festival and Duquesne Light also reserve the right to remove a participant from the Duquesne Light Art Mart at either of their sole discretion.
Use of licensed, trademarked or copyrighted logos or clip art or names is strictly prohibited (for example, no use of comic book characters, cartoon characters, or video/television characters, sports team logos, or names).
Three Rivers Arts Festival - Duquesne Light Art Mart Display Guidelines:
Space selection takes place the day of the event.
Please be prepared for inclement weather. Umbrellas and tarps are allowed. No tents or canopies are permitted.
Each artist must provide signage, price tags, and any other materials necessary for display.
