  • Why is my stock no longer listed on the NYSE?
    As a result of the merger with the Macquarie Consortium, all Duquesne Light common shares were liquidated.
  • Will I still receive dividends?
    No. All common stock shares were bought out during the merger. Shareholders were paid cash for their shares, and were issued final dividends in June.
  • Will I still get a Form1099 for this year?
    All former common stock shareholders will be sent a Form 1099 DIV, as well as a Form 1099 B for the liquidation of their stock.
  • Whom do I contact for additional information?
    Wells Fargo Shareowner Services. As a result of the completion of the merger, the Duquesne Light Holdings Shareholder Relations Department closed on Sept. 14, 2007.
