User Registration  
  The New Business Service Section is an area that provides specific online tools for both Electricians and Electrical Inspectors.  Duquesne Light conducts business with a set of approved Electrical Inspectors.  These inspectors should have been provided with an initial User ID and Password.  Electricians are permitted to register themselves.
