Duquesne Light hosted the first in a series of collaborative exchange meetings April 3 at the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh as the company develops its plans and programs to comply with Act 129, new state legislation intended to help residents and businesses save money by reducing electric consumption.
