Investigating customer and system electrical outages, reported faults and other types of trouble calls on distribution circuits and in company and customer substations. Takes necessary action to restore service including switching of circuits. Performs routine and emergency switching and establishes appropriate safety clearances. Inspects and operates customer and company substations and conducts field tests of substations equipment.  Must be a qualified journey transmission and distribution high voltage lineworker.

Journey Splicer

 

Performs the necessary switching operations as directed, executes switching orders, establishes clearances and tags all types underground switches and similar devices, for scheduled and unscheduled outages and work. Installs, removes and replaces transformers and associated devices and equipment using approved methods. Installs, removes and maintains transmission and distribution cable using approved equipment and methods. Installs, removes, repairs, and maintains service lines to customers, including the installation and removal of meters. Installs, removes, repairs and maintains electrical distribution and transmission cables in the conventional and URD cable systems including rodding ducts and installing cable racks.

Associate Analyst IT

 

Person will be responsible for working the 3rd shift within a 24x7 Helpdesk. Responsibilities include first-level support for IT applications, hardware, software, network and overseeing the bill print process. Proactively monitor and operate applications, infrastructure, and network in order to respond to events. Process and support batch processing and automation. Process and import meter reading data Utilize the problem/change management systems to track and escalate problems/requests, document activity, and search for historical data. Utilize knowledge and experience to resolve problems, identify trends, and suggest preventive measures.

Candidate will be expected to work within the Helpdesk to in order to oversee nightly activities. Knowledge of the following will be beneficial, Mainframe, Batch scheduling, 1st level PC / Server support, Nightly backup processes and experience with computer hardware such as tape libraries and storage devices.

Supervisor Residential Customer Care

 

Supervises the daily work of the Call Center agents including quality assurance, productivity, and other relevant business drivers. Assures that transactions are handled promptly and effectively based on customer needs and expectations.

Performs call monitoring to evaluate the quality of the customer transaction. Review the actual customer experience based on predetermined metrics including but not limited to need fulfillment, professionalism, first call resolution and overall experience.

Prepares and communicates performance results with individual customer agents. Conducts evaluation sessions with employees in order to mentor, coach and improve performance. Establishes improvement plans when required. Identifies training needs and ensures training is conducted by Training Department personnel.

Participates in department improvement initiatives to identify, evaluate and implement new products and service improvements. Reviews corporate marketing research results to identify improvement opportunities and root cause analysis.

Investigates and prepares evidence, reports, and testimony for customer disputes and PUC complaints. Works in conjunction with Company legal counsel to develop Company position, negotiate settlements, and to prepare for formal hearings. Testifies at hearings. Analyze customer disputes and complaints in order to identify improvement opportunities.

Assists the Credit and Collections Supervisor in overseeing the daily performance of credit related calls to improve accounts receivable results. Ensure that regulatory and company policies are enforced related to credit transactions.
